I am a licensed massage therapist who currently resides in Monument, Colorado.  I have been a practicing bodyworker for more than 30 years. I am deeply committed to sharing my passion for health and well-being with those around me.  I believe that bodywork in conjunction with healthy eating, training, proper sleep, and a positive mental attitude is the best way to optimize anyone's athletic potential.
